Lost Forest Clothing

Flashy gifs are my gravy. I miss Myspace.

I usually don't really follow clothing and fashion brands on Facebook or Twitter because I find that they just endlessly retweet people bigging them up, and also because while I love following makeup brands for tips and new products, I don't gain much inspiration from fashion brands via Twitter. But when Lost Forest started following me, I paid attention because: a.) stag logo. I love stags. and b.) they are Manchester-based. The idea of a new and interesting label based in my own fair and beloved city was just too exciting to ignore. Throw in the fact that they have cute marketing methods and have unveiled some pretty decent graphics already, and I am pretty much sold.

Lost Forest launches next month, and I'm expecting pretty exciting things, to be honest. As well as the dark but sweet Cross to Bear design, there has been talk of upcycled vintage, which is something that, when done well, can be amazing.

One last thing, that I think is ace, is that they are soliciting opinion from prospective customers via online polls. They want to know what you like and want, from sizing to colours. I love a bit of buyer engagement, I do.

If you're interested in finding out more about Lost Forest for their 'unearthing' next month, you should follow them on Twitter and Tumblr, and like them on Facebook. The clothes will be available online initially, as well as at vintage fairs etc around the North West.
